At Bogotá’s Unicentro mall, the Gastronomic District Park transforms part of a parking lot into a protected, all-native Andean forest garden with six immersive zones, dining and play amenities, and art—creating a cooler, healthier urban oasis and a pilot for turning more hardscape into green space.
